[Recommendation from Tenjin, Fukuoka]
Fukuoka is a specialized part of the Kyushu region in Japan which is known for inbound business. In particular, many tourists visit the area from Korea, which is geographically nearby, with a large number of foreigners visiting Tenjin in the center of Fukuoka for sightseeing.
In this Tenjin area, on the first floor of the "Solaria Plaza" fashion building, you can find a lovely chocolate shop.
This is the "LES TROIS CHOCOLATS ♥ Chocolate Shop". It is a collaboration between the "LES TROIS CHOCOLATS" chocolate store, established in 2017 in the Marais district of Paris, and the "Chocolate Shop", with its more than 76-year history.
The chocolatier of "LES TROIS CHOCOLATS", Emiko Sano also happens to be the daughter of second generation owner-chef Takashi Sano, and the grandchild of the founding owner-chef Gensaku Sano! This makes this a store that embodies the special memories of three generations.
Gensaku and his son Takashi, two generations of a father and his son, boasted a passion for making recipes and chocolates perfect for the tastes of Japanese people.
The Trois in the name of the store means "3" in French. It apparently refers to the chocolate of her, her father, and her grandfather and almost 3 chocolate types of sweet, milk, white. The Tenjin store sells chocolate that is made in Paris and shipped weekly back to Japan.
We hope that you will enjoy the LES TROIS CHOCOLATS ♥ Chocolate Shop chocolate, a collaboration of three generations, with a touch of Hakata and Paris.
We also have plenty of chocolate from Fukuoka, including "Hakata Pebbles
Raw Chocolate" and "Hakata Fuwari Cakes", popular as Fukuoka unique
